For our Australian customers, we use premium UV-blocking acrylic glass, providing superior clarity and safeguarding your artwork from harmful rays. In New Zealand, we rely on our partner stock lists and availability to determine the best glass option for your specific piece, guided by our artists' recommendations. We understand the importance of making things easy for you. That's why our frames come with convenient hanging hardware, allowing you to effortlessly display your piece as soon as it arrives. Rest assured, we take the utmost care to ensure that each piece is delivered to your doorstep in impeccable condition.
Every artwork we offer is meticulously crafted and made-to-order. We firmly believe that artists should have a say in how their work is presented. That's why our artists play an instrumental role in curating the presentation of their artworks, capturing their true vision and style. For instance, some of our artists prefer their work to be presented with a paper border instead of a mat border. We offer our artworks in a variety of different sizes, each available with the option of a border or full bleed.

ShippingDue to the high demand for our artwork, each piece may take 2 to 3 weeks to print, mount, frame, and ship. Once your order is on its way, we'll provide you with a tracking number from our shipping partner, so you can keep an eye on its progress.
ReturnsWe take pride in creating each photograph to your exact specifications, which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Additionally, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders after 24 hours.
If your new artwork arrives in anything other than perfect condition, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll promptly repair or replace the piece at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to love your new artwork as much as we do.
